Workable state means a training state where the user can follow the task, notice errors and recover without excessive drift.
A workable state is not peak performance. It is the minimum useful state for learning: enough attention, control and clarity to make practice meaningful.
IQ Mindware uses this idea to justify readiness checks and lighter routes when signals suggest overload or poor training quality.
