Each offer must state its price, currency, taxes where applicable, licence or access period, included components, delivery timing, cancellation rights and refund conditions.
Digital content
The final policy must explain when access begins, any request for immediate supply and how applicable cancellation rights are affected. It must also address technical failure, duplicate payment and failure to provide the purchased entitlement.
Coaching
The final policy must state rescheduling, cancellation, missed-session and package-expiry terms before booking and payment.
