This page explains software and coaching refund rules in plain language. It should be read with our Terms and Privacy pages.

Scope

This policy covers IQMindware software plans (G Tracker, Zone Coach, Capacity Gym, IQ Core) and coaching bundles (Live Cohort and 1:1 Premium).

This page should be read with Terms. Nothing here overrides statutory consumer rights.

Software refunds

Window14 days from purchase date.
Request channeladmin@iqmindware.com
IncludeOrder ID, purchase email, plan/app name, and request reason.

Coaching refund timeline

Before first session (>= 48h)
Full refund available
Request must be submitted at least 48 hours before session one.
After first session is delivered
Undelivered sessions only
Refund covers remaining undelivered sessions. Delivered sessions are non-refundable.
No-show / late cancellation
May count as delivered
Late cancellations or no-shows may be treated as delivered sessions unless otherwise agreed.

4.

Reschedules and no-shows

Reschedules are allowed subject to availability and notice. For cohorts, missed sessions are typically handled via replay/resources where offered.

For 1:1 coaching, booking details and timing conditions shown in your scheduling flow apply in addition to this policy.

5.

Upgrades and credit

Upgrades use a no-double-pay model. Active overlap is credited when moving to a higher plan tier.

Upgrade overlap credit is applied against the new plan period rather than refunded separately.

6.

External billing items

Where items are billed by a third party (for example external Substack billing), refund handling follows that provider's billing terms.

Processing times

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; settlement time depends on payment provider timelines.


9.

Non-refundable cases

Delivered coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Chargeback misuse or abuse may void refund eligibility, subject to law.
Third-party billed subscriptions follow third-party refund rules.
Legacy app access is best-effort and outside standard refund coverage.

10.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this refund policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
