Scope

This policy covers IQMindware software plans and the bounded live onboarding session included with Coaching Premium.

This page should be read with Terms. Nothing here overrides statutory consumer rights.

Software refunds

Window14 days from purchase date.

IncludeOrder ID, purchase email, plan/app name, and request reason.

Coaching Premium onboarding

Coaching Premium is IQ Pro plus one live onboarding session and personalised protocol review.

Software refund requests remain subject to the 14-day window above. For questions specifically about booking, rescheduling, cancellation or a live-session refund, email admin@iqmindware.com.


4.

Booking and session changes

The Coaching Premium onboarding session is arranged after purchase. Contact admin@iqmindware.com promptly with booking, rescheduling, cancellation or refund questions.

This policy does not add a separate cancellation deadline, rescheduling fee or forfeiture rule for the onboarding session.

5.

Upgrades and credit

Upgrades use a no-double-pay model. Active overlap is credited when moving to a higher plan tier.

Upgrade overlap credit is applied against the new plan period rather than refunded separately.

6.

External billing items

Where items are billed by a third party (for example external Substack billing), refund handling follows that provider's billing terms.

How to request a refund

Processing times

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; settlement time depends on payment provider timelines.


9.

Non-refundable cases

Chargeback misuse or abuse may void refund eligibility, subject to law.
Third-party billed subscriptions follow third-party refund rules.
Legacy app access is best-effort and outside standard refund coverage.

10.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this refund policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
