IQMindware is cognitive performance and self-regulation training. It is not a diagnosis, prevention, or treatment tool.

Why this is different

Brain training built for transfer

IQ Mindware is not a random set of cognitive games. It is built around the Trident G Far Transfer Protocol™: a structured pathway for training general intelligence under changing demands.

You train the core systems behind intelligent performance — attention control, working memory and reasoning — then face varied challenges designed to push those gains beyond one repeated task.

01

Change the surface

The task format changes, so progress cannot rely only on memorising one game.

02

Increase the demand

The pathway moves from readiness and capacity into deeper reasoning and problem-solving.

03

Test the transfer

Progress checks help examine whether your gains carry into changed tasks, not just familiar exercises.

Inside IQ Pro

A guided route from capacity to reasoning

IQ Pro starts each session with a short Zone Pulse check, then guides you through adaptive capacity and reasoning training. Progress checks are kept separate from the daily games, so the programme does not treat simple completion as proof of intelligence gain.

Zone Pulse

Check your Cognitive Bandwidth

A short attention task estimates how much relevant information you can process per second during the task, helping the app choose the right training route for the day.

Coach-led routing

Train at the right level

IQ Pro uses your Zone Pulse result to guide the day’s training dose: standard, adjusted or lighter.

Capacity Gym

Build the active workspace

Adaptive tasks train attention, updating and working-memory control — the mental capacity used to hold rules, variables and goals in mind.

Reasoning Gym

Increase the intelligence demand

Reasoning tasks train relation matching, constraint solving, pattern discovery and must-follow inference.

Progress checks

Track gains beyond the games

IQ Pro keeps progress checks separate from daily training, including IQ assessment and transfer-oriented re-checks designed to examine whether gains extend beyond one familiar task.

Why IQMindware was built

Designed around a harder intervention question

Most brain-training products improve performance inside the trained task. IQMindware was built around a harder question: how should cognitive training be designed if progress is expected to survive changes in format, delay, and real-world demand?

Dr Mark Ashton Smith is a cognitive neuroscientist trained at the Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition and a former lecturer and researcher in psychology at the University of Cambridge.

Proof-led intelligence training

IQ Mindware is designed to train general intelligence and track progress with separate checks, including IQ assessment in IQ Pro. Results can vary, and the programme is not a medical or clinical intervention.
