What we provide
IQ Mindware provides cognitive training, selected cognitive assessments, educational material and non-clinical coaching. Product pages distinguish what is available now from features coming soon. A description of a future feature does not mean it is included in your purchase.
Purchases and access
Check the product, total price, currency, access period, compatibility and included components before paying. The offer and checkout information form part of your purchase terms. Keep your receipt and access instructions. If access does not arrive or the product differs from its description, contact support.
Personal access is for the purchaser unless the offer expressly includes additional users. Keep access codes and account credentials private. Do not resell access, distribute the software or attempt to bypass access controls. Organisational licences and bespoke services have their own agreed scope.
Refunds and cancellation
Direct personal digital purchases include our 30-day money-back guarantee, even after use. Coaching has separate cancellation terms. Statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty digital content and services remain unaffected.
Coaching
The agreed booking sets out the session or package, price and arrangements. Bring a goal or task you want to work on; do not share confidential information about another person without permission. Contact us promptly if you need to change a booking. Coaching supports learning and cognitive performance; it is not healthcare or an emergency service.
Interpreting scores and outcomes
Our design purpose includes developing general intelligence. This is an aim to evaluate, not a promised outcome. Improvement in a practised task, independent cognitive performance and everyday functioning are different outcomes. Scores depend on the task, conditions and measurement limits; see Science & evidence. G Track is not a clinical diagnostic assessment.
Responsible use
Use the tools for personal development and the purposes described. Do not use scores or provisional recommendations to make employment, admissions, insurance or clinical decisions. Do not interfere with the service, access other people's data or upload material you have no right to share.
Content and external services
Software, protocols, text and branding are owned by or licensed to HRP Lab Ltd. A purchase grants access as described; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party services reached through links have their own terms. Check their prices and conditions before signing up.
Privacy and changes
Read our Privacy notice and Cookies and browser storage notice. We may update website content and these terms, but an update does not retrospectively remove rights or promises attached to an existing purchase.
Problems or complaints
Email admin@iqmindware.com with the product, order reference if available, what happened and the resolution you seek. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
