References to "IQMindware", "we", "us", or "our" refer to HRP Lab Ltd. References to "you" refer to the user or purchaser using this site or services.

By accessing iqmindware.com or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and to the linked Privacy and Refund policies.

IQMindware provides software training tools and a bounded live onboarding service through Coaching Premium.

Current plan details are published on /pricing. We may update features, sequencing, and packaging over time.

Purchased access grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use IQMindware tools for your own training and self-regulation purposes.

You may not resell access, share credentials, copy runtime code, reverse engineer apps, or redistribute proprietary assets.

Access is delivered digitally (for example by activation email, code, or account unlock).

You are responsible for providing a valid checkout email and keeping access credentials secure.

If delivery fails, contact admin@iqmindware.com with your order reference.

IQMindware operates a no-double-pay migration policy: if you upgrade to a higher plan, active overlap is credited where applicable.

For Coaching Premium booking, rescheduling, cancellation or live-session refund questions, email admin@iqmindware.com. The full controlling policy is on /refunds.

Coaching Premium includes one bounded live onboarding session and a personalised protocol review. It is not an ongoing cognitive coaching service.

Booking and session support are arranged through admin@iqmindware.com. Refund questions remain governed by the Refund Policy.

• No guaranteed outcome claims or guaranteed IQ-point gains are made.
• Claims language follows a published claims ladder with caveats.
• Use /proof for claims boundaries, protocol summaries, and data publication notes.

Data handling is described in /privacy. Core posture is local-first where available, with user-controlled export.

No public IQ Pro cohort outcome dataset currently exists. The evidence and publication boundary is described on the Proof page.

IQMindware may use third-party services for payment, booking, communications, and publication (for example checkout providers, Google Calendar/Meet, Substack, and GitHub). Their own terms also apply.

We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms.

IQMindware and Trident G brand assets, app runtime code, implementation details, and private infrastructure are proprietary to HRP Lab Ltd unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Public protocol and governance documents are published to support transparency, auditability, and scientific dialogue.

We may update, pause, or discontinue features, plans, or access pathways. Reasonable notice is provided when possible.

No uninterrupted-availability guarantee is provided.

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, credential sharing, IP infringement, or material breach of these Terms.

Where termination is without user fault, unused paid access may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion or as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for claims connected to IQMindware use is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.

Before formal proceedings, contact admin@iqmindware.com so we can attempt resolution.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
