Choose according to the depth of training or support you want. Mission Arena is not a mandatory first step.
No. Mission Arena is the focused sampler built around Towers and Black Box puzzle missions, strategy cues, reflection and transfer prompts. IQ Pro is the complete adaptive training programme and includes Mission Arena.
Yes. IQ Pro includes Mission Arena, Zone Pulse, Capacity Gym, Reasoning Gym, generic progress checks and the complete 20-session adaptive pathway.
Yes. Coaching Premium is IQ Pro plus one live onboarding session and personalised protocol review. Mission Arena is included through IQ Pro.
No. Mission Arena, IQ Pro and Coaching Premium can each be purchased directly. Mission Arena is the lowest-friction introduction; IQ Pro is the recommended complete programme.

The short version of how readiness, capacity, reasoning and transfer-oriented checks fit together.
The Trident G Far Transfer Protocol™ is IQMindware's design for training cognitive-control readiness, relational working memory and reasoning while varying task surfaces and reasoning demands. Progress checks and transfer-oriented re-checks examine whether improvement carries beyond one familiar exercise.
Explore the protocol →IQ Pro uses Zone Pulse to estimate readiness, coach-led routing to guide the session, Capacity Gym to train controlled working memory, and Reasoning Gym to apply that control to relational and constraint-based inference. Progress checks remain separate from daily training.
Zone Pulse is the daily readiness gate. A short attention task estimates whether a standard training route or an adjusted route is appropriate. It is a behavioural readiness signal, not an IQ score or clinical assessment.
Capacity Gym includes adaptive working-memory and relational n-back exercises designed to train attention control, updating, interference control and relation tracking. Reasoning Gym uses that controlled workspace for relation matching, constraint solving, rule application and must-follow inference.
Horizontal variation changes task surfaces while preserving the underlying cognitive demand. Vertical progression increases the depth of the control chain from readiness and attention through working memory to relational reasoning.
IQ Pro follows a 20-session pathway. Zone Pulse is brief, and a full Capacity Gym plus Reasoning Gym session is generally planned around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the route and dose.
Yes. Manual access supports review, exploration and self-directed practice. The coach-led pathway is recommended when you want the complete structured programme and consistent session routing.
Suitability and use cases
Audience labels describe common uses. They do not imply guaranteed educational, professional or health outcomes.
IQMindware is designed for healthy adults and older students who want structured cognitive challenge: knowledge workers, students and test-takers, young professionals, healthy over-55s, AI-era professionals, founders and executives. These are use cases, not separate products, and outcomes vary.
It can provide structured practice in attention control, working memory, relational reasoning and problem solving under changing demands. It is not a test-preparation guarantee and does not promise a particular score increase.
Healthy older adults can use Mission Arena or IQ Pro as structured cognitive challenge for staying mentally active. Users should choose a manageable route and seek professional advice where health or cognitive symptoms are a concern.
No. IQMindware is cognitive performance and self-regulation training. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent or treat dementia or any other condition.
Evidence and claims
Published component research, personal reports and programme-level outcomes have different evidential weight.
No. IQMindware trains component capabilities involved in cognitive control, relational working memory and reasoning, then uses transfer-oriented checks where available. It does not guarantee IQ gains, universal far transfer or clinical outcomes.
Published research supports component mechanisms including cognitive-control capacity, temporary relational binding, relational integration, inductive strategy instruction, varied practice, implementation intentions and consolidation. The complete integrated Trident G programme still requires direct validation.
Read the research review →No public IQ Pro cohort outcome dataset currently exists. The current evidence case rests on published research supporting protocol components, qualified personal reports from earlier training implementations, and a transparent account of what the integrated programme still needs to validate.
Yoni Donner and Joshua Bridges described experiences with earlier n-back implementations in the protocol lineage, including the kind of relational working-memory work now represented in Capacity Gym. Their comments are personal reports, not controlled evidence or current IQ Pro cohort outcomes.
Stronger product evidence would require appropriately validated pre/post outcomes, changed-task and delayed checks, suitable comparison conditions, real-world mission reports where available, and transparent reporting of limits and results.

These are content routes, not additional IQ Pro training plans.
H-AGI is IQMindware's content route for human-led AI use. It covers judgement, attention, stopping rules, cognitive drift, critical thinking and LLM workflows designed to extend cognition without outsourcing independent thought.
IQ Pro trains cognitive control, relational working memory, reasoning and transfer-oriented use. H-AGI teaches structured use of AI systems while keeping human judgement and learning in control.
The $10/month H-AGI membership provides deeper protocols, practical LLM workflows, cognitive-drift safeguards, applied frameworks and theory-to-practice walkthroughs.
Subscribe to H-AGI insights →Free updates provide a lighter stream of research summaries, protocol notes and programme news. Paid H-AGI provides deeper recurring content and practical AI-era intelligence workflows.

IQMindware was developed by Dr Mark Ashton Smith, a cognitive neuroscientist trained at the Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition and a former lecturer and researcher in psychology at the University of Cambridge. His work focuses on how cognitive interventions might produce gains that carry beyond practice effects.
