Getting started

For first sessions and basic fit checks.

Start on Start here. The baseline path is: G Tracker baseline, Zone Coach readiness check, then one Capacity Gym block if state is viable.

A first pass is usually 15 to 30 minutes. Ongoing usage can be shorter and scheduled around your actual work week.

Tools and workflow

How the three tools are used together.

No. You can start with one tool. IQ Core combines all three tools if you want the full loop immediately.

We test carryover with game swaps, boundary and trap probes, and delayed re-checks. This is designed to show whether gains travel under changed conditions.

Pricing and billing

Plans, upgrades, and software refund policy.

Pricing defaults to GBP, with an optional USD toggle on the plans page.

No. Upgrading replaces your current plan rather than stacking a second payment. Overlap is credited.

Coaching

Who coaching is for and how sessions work.

Yes. Coaching is optional. You can use software plans independently.

Full refund up to 48 hours before the first session. After first session, remaining balance is refundable minus delivered sessions.

What we can say, and what we do not claim.

No. We do not guarantee IQ-point gains or universal outcomes. We publish design intent, tracking markers, and aggregated summaries with caveats.

No. IQMindware is skills training and self-regulation support. It is not diagnosis or treatment.

Data and privacy

How personal trails and published summaries are handled.

No. Published summaries are aggregated only. Personal raw logs are not publicly exposed.

Yes. Export remains user-controlled and local-first aligned where available in app tooling.
