G Tracker

Track whether your cognitive performance is moving in the right direction over time.

G Tracker is a short local-first check set for baseline and follow-up comparisons across reasoning, applied intelligence, cognitive resilience, decision habits, and AI-use quality.

What G Tracker helps you track

Most tools only show one slice. G Tracker is designed to give a broader performance picture without turning your week into endless testing.

Reasoning capacity

A short reasoning check tracks pattern reasoning before and after a training phase (SgS-12 A/B).

Applied intelligence

A short applied-cognition check tracks everyday cognitive bandwidth and real-world task quality (Psi-CBS).

Cognitive resilience

This scale tracks whether your thinking holds up under pressure, not only on ideal days (CRS-10).

Decision habits

This check captures practical follow-through patterns that matter outside the app (EDHS A/B).

AI-use quality

Optional Psi-CBS-AI checks whether AI workflows are helping your cognition or degrading it.

Simple cycle: baseline, train, follow-up

  1. Run baseline. Complete SgS-12 A (reasoning), EDHS A (decision habits), and your chosen repeatable trackers.
  2. Train as normal. Use Zone Coach and Capacity Gym across your training block.
  3. Run follow-up on a regular schedule. Track weekly or fortnightly trend direction, then run paired follow-up forms (SgS-12 B and EDHS B).

The goal is not one-off scores. The goal is repeatable evidence that change is stable enough to carry outside practice tasks.
