G Track
Use a separate battery to track selected cognitive abilities rather than treating training-game scores as proof of broader change.
Plans / Build your cognitive network
Train a capacity. Work towards broader intelligence. Start with one focused app. Synergy IQ’s wider design aim is to develop general intelligence; G Track provides separate cognitive assessments to help investigate progress.
Choose cognitive training on its own, with personal coaching if useful. Optional AI exercises are coming soon for each node; none is included in the current app purchase.
The route
The public structure has three jobs: measure selected abilities independently, train the seven Synergy IQ capacities, then use a separate application layer when you want to carry those capacities into real-world missions and AI-assisted work.
Use a separate battery to track selected cognitive abilities rather than treating training-game scores as proof of broader change.
Choose one capacity at a time: Attention, Relational Memory, Binding Memory, Path Horizon, Knowledge Access, Generative Search or Reasoning.
Coming later. Work through real challenges, choose where AI can help and turn feedback into reusable methods. An application layer connecting the seven nodes.

G Track and Attention Control can be purchased today for $19 and $20 respectively. The other six Synergy IQ training nodes are not yet available to buy.
Establish a baseline and track change in matrix reasoning, attention and working memory alongside training. These measures contribute to evaluating the intelligence-development aim; they are not all IQ scores or a full-scale IQ assessment.
“Everything pulls me away from what matters.”
Find the signal. Adapt your control. Recover when conditions change.
Train selective and interference control in a 12-block session. The first half adapts evidence-processing demand; the second practises Adaptive Control across Precision, Balanced and Speed objectives.
Changing conditions: later challenge sessions preserve the majority rule while changing direction, introducing optic flow or adding emotional distraction, then return to the original task.
Optional Strategy Practice: use “What information actually matters here?” in short scenarios and create one IF/THEN plan for later review. Strategy records stay separate from the game score.
Optional AI exercise · Coming soon: Find the signal. AI suggests what matters in a mixed information stream. Check its choices against your goal and spot what it missed.

12-month access to the Attention Control node inside Synergy IQ, with saved Capacity, Adaptive Control and Strategy Practice progress.
These apps are coming soon. G Track and Attention Control are available now.
“I lose the whole picture when one part changes.”
Practise keeping relationships in mind and updating them as information changes.
Optional AI exercise · Coming soon: Keep the whole problem in view. Build an editable map with AI, check how the parts connect and update it when a constraint changes.
“I remember the claim, but forget who said it or what supports it.”
Practise keeping details, roles and sources attached to the right item.
Optional AI exercise · Coming soon: Keep facts attached to their sources. Use AI to organise claims and supporting passages, then check that each source actually supports its claim.
“I can see the next step, but not where it might lead.”
Practise tracking sequences, dependencies and possible next states.
Optional AI exercise · Coming soon: Explore what happens next. Compare AI-proposed paths with your own prediction. Identify constraints and decide what would make you change course.
“I understood it yesterday. Why can’t I bring it back now?”
Practise retrieving useful knowledge when the question or cue changes.
Optional AI exercise · Coming soon: Recall before reveal. Try recalling first, then use progressively stronger AI hints linked to approved learning material.
“I keep coming back to the same idea.”
Practise generating and comparing alternatives before settling on an answer.
Optional AI exercise · Coming soon: Go beyond the first answer. Offer your own possibilities before AI adds alternatives, analogies and counterexamples. Judge which are useful.
“The answer sounds convincing. But does it actually follow?”
Practise combining relationships and evidence to test a conclusion.
Optional AI exercise · Coming soon: Put your conclusion to the test. Ask AI to challenge assumptions and offer counterarguments. Check its evidence and decide what would change your mind.
Synergy IQ training apps are designed to develop performance on targeted cognitive capacities and their variants. G Track keeps selected measurement separate. No plan guarantees an increase in IQ, general intelligence or real-world outcomes.
